Sunday

I get up at 10 AM. 

 I take a shower

I brush my teeth

I Have breakfast,

I brush my teeth

at 1:00 pm 

I have lunch 

I brush my teeth

I take a nap 

 I take a shower

after 2 pm I'm going to spin with my friends
at 9:00 pm

I have dinner 

I brush my teeth

and at 11 pm I go to sleep
